Relay Program

The Race 4 Achievement Relay Program is designed to mentor and equip young scholars with the skills needed to excel in professional settings through real-life, hands-on experiences. Developed by young, college-educated professionals, the program bridges the gap between classroom learning and practical application in the workforce.

Our comprehensive program includes ACT and SAT preparation to ensure scholars are academically prepared for the next steps in their educational journey, as well as a four-step pathway to guide their professional development:

1. Job Shadowing: Gain insight into various careers by observing professionals in action, helping scholars refine their career interests.

2. Volunteership: Build confidence and professionalism through meaningful volunteer experiences.

3. Summer Internship: Develop time management, communication, and responsibility with real-world internship opportunities.

4. Part-Time Job: Reinforce skills gained from earlier steps while fostering independence, self-esteem, and financial awareness.
